Ed has over 15 years of investing, M&A and corporate finance experience in a broad range of industries. He has led and actively managed investments in industries such as temperature-controlled warehousing facilities, telecom infrastructure, manufactured housing communities, education infrastructure (schools) and waste management. Before joining AIM in 2007, Ed sourced and executed investments in private technology and energy technology companies as an Associate at Ridgewood Capital. Ed began his career at Banc of America Securities’ Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking Group in San Francisco. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Ed currently serves on the boards of American Education Properties, CitySwitch (Chairman), Flagship Communities, Landmark Dividend, Landmark Infrastructure Partners and Arrow Material Services.
Former boards include Inspire Communities and Nordic Cold Storage.
